Cooking Instructions:

Preparation

Remove from freezer the required number of Crownuts. Allow to thaw.

Finishing

Roll Crownut in cinnamon/sugar mix.
Use Bakels Chockex Supreme to ice top of Crownut if desired.
Use a sharp serrated knife and slice Crownut in half.
Pipe in approximately 30 gms Barkers Custard Flavoured Patisserie Creme.
Replace top half and press down lightly.
Finish with drizzle of Bakels Chocolate Truffle (5370), or White Truffle (5376).
